Applied BioPhysics offers a range of scientific instruments for non-invasive label free cell measurement. KBIS developed a software application to integrate control of all their instruments under a single platform:
- GUI designed using Matlab for rapid development, and deployed using Matlab compiler
- Instrument control using custom serial library written in C/C++
- PC and Mac compatible
- Optimization of multi-variate modeling algorithm
- Experiments sometimes run for 500+ hours, so reliablility critical
